These Support Plans have a fixed monthly price, and therefore, you know what you are paying for. The different inclusions of the various plans also allow you to determine what you need and what you don’t need as well.

    Our IT Support Plans come in the following main choices:

    Basic
    Suitable for SMBs with the following:

    • 1-5 users, with a simpler and less demanding IT infrastructure
    • Requires IT Partner to monitor and maintain IT infrastructure
    • Systems/Applications are relatively stable, does not require HelpDesk for Remote Desktop Support
    • Only require on-site labour on a need-to basis

    Pro
    Suitable for SMBs with the following:

    • 6-50 users, with IT complexity within low to medium range
    • Have locations across Australia and overseas
    • Business run various applications, with up to 15 servers
    • Need HelpDesk or Remote Desktop Support on a daily basis during normal working hours
    • Requires IT Partner to maintain regular communication and liaison with various external vendors
    • Business is medium-paced, and technological changes are medium to rapid
    • May require on-site IT service or support on a weekly or fortnightly basis
    • After hours support requirements are minimal.

    Ultimate
    Suitable for SMBs with the following:

    • 50+ users, with a medium-to high complexity IT infrastructure
    • Have locations across Australia and overseas
    • Business run various applications, with up to 20 servers
    • Need HelpDesk or Remote Desktop Support on a day-to-day basis including after hours
    • Requires IT Partner to maintain a high frequency of communication and liaison with various external vendors
    • Business is fast-paced, and IT complexity is high. Technology changes are more frequent
    • Requires on-site services at a regular basis
    • Need extended support after hours and during public holidays
