1. Suitable for SMBs with an in-house IT Manager, or IT-savvy staff but may require additional IT expertise on a need-to or project basis.
2. Suitable for SMBs with minimal IT equipment which do not require regular management, but may occasionally require new installations, repairs, maintenance or upgrades
3. Reasonable commercial rates
4. No pre-paid payment system
5. Billed via Tax Invoice. Payment terms are generally 14 days. For repeating clients, payment terms are 30 days.
6. Hardware Warranty (usually 1 year) for new equipment purchased from us
7. Same day service available for urgent issues
8. Complimentary Licensing Management for repeating clients (eg: Reminders for renewals of Hosting, Anti-virus software, Windows upgrade etc)

For non-IT Support Plan clients (ad-hoc or On-Demand clients), charges are applicable for Remote Support and Monitoring.
